You can easily create group arrangements including multiple attendees.
The following are available with group arrangement.
- Integrate your and other attendee's calendar schedule for candidate time slots.
- Your guests will be able to select time slot of preference from you and your attendee's most up to date schedule.
- Confirmed arrangement will be automatically added to all attendee's and guest's calendar and receive a confirmation email.
Follow the steps below to include additional attendees.
1. Click on your icon.
2. Search and select users you would like to include as attendees using his/her email address. Click the 'OK' button and the user will be added and his/her schedule will also be reflected for candidate time slots. By connecting with Google Workspace, all users from the same organization will also become available to add as attendees.
3. When new attendees are added, his/her schedule will be synchronized into the calendar.
4. Create an arrangement page reflecting you and all your attendee's schedules.
5. From the generated link, your guest will be able to select a time slot which avoids conflicts with your and your attendees schedules.
